Pontiac Firebird 1967-2002 - Racing Stripes on TAs...

I'd really like to see some pictures of TAs with Racing Stripes :cheers: Just trying to decide color and style for my Black TA with WS.9 Hood :)

needs rims! lol i like the one white formula tho with the one eagle and 2 stripes it would look amazing on the Raptor Hood for firehawks

put them stripes on a Raptor hood...itd look sooooo much better.....much more shape

ive been wanting to get some type of stripes for along time and never really saw anything that i liked except for maybe the blackbird type, until these. (see link above)

I still can't decide what color to do on my black TA with WS6 [well WS9 Hood made by Roger from US Exotics]... Been thinking about grey/silver.. Red or Orange would be too loud IMO.. I really like the design on ActionaJack's ride and the color on darrensls1formula's car..

I wonder how that blue would look on a black TA!.. hmm :confused:

Well i happen to have that same WS9 hood from Roger. I think metallic silver looks awsome on darker colors. My trans-am is the dark blue and i plan on going with those checked racing stripes if i could ever figure out where to buy them. I've also saw block cars with yellow, they looked pretty good, and they were a little bit different.

Which is fine to say, even to say everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but the wrong comment was just not needed.

It's a personal opinion, I have seen camaro's with stripes that look awesome, but I have yet to see a TA/WS6 with stripes that looked good. I think the 98-02 WS6 was one of the most aggressive looking cars ever made, and anything besides tint/wheels/paint takes away from it.. the wings west kit ( front piece ) is the only really thing that I'm torn about. I'm not meaning to rip on the guys who have stripes, if you like them then thats all that matters. I just have a different view on the WS6's. I'm not really a fan of the black bird stripes either.. Oh and just to let you know, around here TA's aren't very common, or atleast I don't see alot of them :(

anyone have pics of Ram Air checkered hood stripes on a Black WS6. Preferably in red. And does anyone have any 30th ann. stripes on a black Ws6 preferably in red.
