Couldn't tell you what the best H/C packages are, that's relative. But as far as pricing:
Cam only $300-400 new
Cam package (springs, retainers, pushrods, valve seals, spring seats) $600-900
Heads $1400-2500 fully assembled.

You should also check with MTI Click here They have many time and track proven off-the-shelf set ups and can also provide custom packages per your specs. My MTI heads have put down more power than many of the "other guys" heads even while using a smaller cam.
