Bolted on my slicks and went to the local track this morning for their final day of the season. I only got 2 passes since it was looking like rain but I mainly just wanted to test out how the car launched off the t-brake while on the gun....
1st pass..I got stopped during the burnout and then couldn't get the tires to spin over again so i proceeded to stage. 15psi in the slicks..off the brake and it went a 1.52 60ft and unloaded the tires from too much weight transfer.
2nd pass...I set the front Hals 2 clicks firmer, dropped the tire pressure to 14psi, did a nice smokey burnout, staged...3200rpm off the trans brake and BAM 1.420 60ft http://www.mofbody.com/~wonka83/forums/images/smiles/eek.gif
it's too bad my bottle ran out about 660ft out or it would've been an awesome pass :bang: Oh well now I have all winter to look at my timeslip and think of what could've been :jest:
