oil still in the intake after catch can

I don't believe it wll stop all of the oil but it should catch most of it, I'm sure you have the hoses routed correctly but do you have the PCV hose going to the top of the catch can and the side hose going to the intake?

Just for the hell of it why not reverse the hose connections and see if that helps at all, I know Todd ( at AMW ) recommends you route the hoses like what you ( as well as the rest of us ) have but maybe you'll get a better results by reversing the hose connections.
