Body Shop F'd up The car

Body Shop F'd up The car Took my car to the shop to get the bumper fender and hood fixed as well as painted. They fix it all, painted it, cleaned my car inside and out. Im thinking ok that was nice.
So I get home to take a closer look and there are several runs in the paint, the cracks they supposedly fixed were showing though the paint and there was even debris in the paint.
Not only did they mess up what they were suppose to fix, but when the buffed my car they took off parts of the clear coat.
They are closed now but im wonder what I can do if they say they wont fix it? I am hoping they will say they will repaint everything plus the places where they buffed too much but that will be a huge loss.

I hope so. I was just amazed that they let it go like that. I suppose they thought since I was young (22) i wouldnt care. But the back wing is aweful looking. Ill take some pics and post them.
