Default th400 rear gears?

i have a th400 with 3.23 but i want better ets so can i go with 4.10's or is it too much gear do i need 3.73's? i am not sure i dont want to buy 2 sets of gears
it is just a drag queen so fuel economy is not a big deal
the car weight is 3600 with me in it stall is 3800
th400 gear ratio is standard

lf you install a 2.75 gear set in your 400 your car will think you have a 3.59 rear end, and a 3.00 gear set will be a 3.91 good luck

4.30's here. Th400 - 4200 stall now - 200 shot out of the hole. Standard TH-400 gears. Shift at 6500-6600. Use 30x9 Goodyear slicks. Cross the traps at about 6500. Best todate - 1.40 60'; 10.49; best mph 129.9.

4.10's on 28" will work

I have 3.50's, 28" slicks, and T400.

I had 4.10's before and I was buzzing a lot of rpms all the time.

I plan to cruise a lot in 2005 so I wanted some gas mileage.
