Default 1 cat instead of two

Can I put just one cat on instead of two on my ORY. I want to run dual cutouts. Also I live in Texas would this be legal?

It probrably wouldn't be legal since they are so far away from the heads and they probrably won't get hot enough to do their job. Here, the cats have to be in the stock location to be considered legal. I've never run cats and havn't had any problems, but we don't have emisions testing.

Dynomax 23.5" Bullet (289-24219) in the I-Pipe took about 98% of the rasp out of my setup. I am very happy with it and it was less than 40 bucks.

Is the bullet muffler-like or is it something that goes in the middle if the I-pipe to slow airflow.

It is a straight through Muffler . You can drop a tennis ball through it. It welds in the I-Pipe and does not interupt the flow.

Yes, 23.5" I had the 16.5" bullet for a while and it calmed it down some, but there was still a lot of rasp at certain RPM's. The 23.5" bullet go it under control.
