Question True duals ???

Ok i have a question.I have in my car a LT Pacesett.. headers with a custom 3" y pipe into a 4" back the front of the differential and a 4" cutout with an SLP muffler.
Now i'm thinking in go with a true duals. For you all wish are the quiets bullet muffler and at the same time rub less HP with a 3" set with x pipe?In PR the sounding tikets are to high $500. Thanks
