Default 4L60E to 200R???

Has anyone switched to a 200R from a 4L60E? Since 9 second GN's run this tranny it must be strong enough. Just incase someone ask, i want to stick with a 4 speed auto. If the car ever becomes a straight up race car will switch to a TH400.
Thanks,
Den

Yes I am running one and so are a few others. Trevor at TSP is running one in the 9's or 10's I think to.

What are you guys running for converters? I have a 200R4 in my GN powered S-10 with a PI Vigilate 9.5" 3400 stall and would like another Vig in my LS-1 powered '47 Ford but don't know what's required as far as a converter (splines, snout, bolt pattern, etc.).

TIA!

Russ
