rip all the wires out! I'm gutting a 2002 TA for the track. The owner wants only the lights, signals, horn, wipers and power windows to work. The engine harness is being replaced with a custom accell gen 7 harness.
What forum would be best for wiring questions?
What is the 'integrated body control module" for?
how the F&#* do I get the connector off the cam position sensor, the FAST intake manifold don't leave a whole lot of room to work.
which other little black boxes behind the dashboard can be eliminated.
Do the hideaway headlights use any special controls?
I have all the schematics and I could trace everything out and figure it out but I'll take any help I can get. I just finished a 95 LT1 to 89 IROC swap, I pretty much rewired the whole car. All unused wires are gone and it looks real clean

Go to the stereo and electronics section for the most info on these questions. Also, look into a member named Whitebird00, here is his profile: https://ls1tech.com/forums/member.php?u=15593 , he has great knowledge. He has worked with these cars for years has all manuals and is very willing to help. Sometimes it may take a bit of time, but the reward is well worth it. Good luck!
