That just doesnt make sense. It sounds like the guy driving the C6 might have had a 15 sec reaction time.

I don't think the C6 was racing, if any of that story was true.
What really happend:
"Dudezors I saw a c6 vette and flew by it! OMG that's one dead C6!!!!!1111"

Considering a C6 is fairly light for it's size and has 405HP and who knows how much torque, (It is as fast or just as fast as a C5 Z06) and factory SRT-4's are 14 second cars I'd say it's not true. Unless there is something wrong with the C6 or it wasn't racing, it's not possible.

I'll tell you exactly what happened, the C6 owner had a horrible reaction time AND launched from a bad spot on the torque converter.
Anybody who's running mid 13 second times in a C6 vette (auto or not) has issues unless they're at a track 5000 feet above sea level or something.

Wow, this has got to be the biggest BS I have ever heard .... even coming from a SRT4 owners mouth (they seem to spew way more BS then any other group of car guys, even the civic owners).
Relatively quick car + silly little ricer trapped in a domestic manufactured car = tons of made up stories.
C6 is very similar in performance to a Z06 ... and I have yet to see a Neon beating a
Z06 by 5 cars, regardless of it's mods.
I would love to know where this C6 killer lives?
