Default Could this be my TB?

Here's the deal... I installed a ported TB and ported LS6 intake. After the install I started hearing a noise similar to a belt squeal... I found that it was at the oil cap on the filler tube. I took the oil cap off and it sucks in a huge amount of air, and the noise stops. I had an extra oil cap that I drilled some small holes in for a temporary fix. I guess my question would be, is it the TB causing this or is there vacumn or air lines that could be reversed or hooked up wrong. The car idles and runs fine I just want to make sure it is not going to cause me any problems with gasket sealing etc... Thanks in advance for any input....

Could this have anything to do with the size of the hole drilled in the TB or on the TB blade ???

You connected the hoses incorrectly. Possibly blocked off the pcv return hose.
