Default LS1 F-body work w/Trailblazer 4200?

Can a LS1 F-body converter be used on a Trailblazer with the 4200 I6 and 4l60e?

thanks.

Yes you can same spline as Ls-1. You can use the trailblazer converter on a Ls-1 right? that answers the question. Will it be a good choice no. It will be really tight on the i-6 with the lack of low end grunt.

I figured you could but wasn't sure. It's a TCI SSF 3500w/ 2.5 STR.

I think the I6 would like this converter quite a bit considering where it's making it's power

I looked into using the trailblazer unit in my f-body. They do boltup. The converter in my ENVOY stalls at 2200 rpm

Yes. the GM core Yank (and probably others) use IS the one used in the I5. Use it. ITs a cheap 2400-2600 stall.
