have a question on prc spring kit i just got(TSP is closed) hey i got my spring kit and when i opened it up i saw that it did not come with new locks and im wondering if it should?

The PRC kits use stock GM valve locks. 
I install them all the time.
The parts breakdown is:
8x Dual Spring Package
8x Lower Spring Seat (locator)
8x Valvespring Retainers (stock lock style)
8x Valve Stem Seals

We've had the best luck with stock locks so that's the way the PRC spring kit is shipped
