You can go to either Futral Motorsports, or Thunder Racing. They are both in Louisiana. Its only about 6 hours or so from here.

what are their prices like?? i mean if they are going to charge me 400 bucks for just the heads then i might invest in hp tuner and a wideband

Im sure the first time you go it will be something like that. The only thing that gets me about HP tuners is I have no idea what I am changing and what to do with it. I would personally rather go to someone who knows what they are doing and pay them to do it right so I dont have to mess with it.

i agree but its never too late to learn. my buddy with the rx7 is putting a 99 ls1 into it and he plans on getting hp tuner. he has done plenty of research as have i and i think with more i will be able to get the hang of it. the HP tuner interface is supposed to be much easier to use than ls1 edit as well
