No Todd, from Discount Tire Direct is lieing . . . .

But really, on 18" wheels the side wall is very unforgiving, since it is very short. When I got my Michelin Pilot Sports, DT told me 295/35ZR18 is the absolute max for a 10" wheel.

Me? Lie? Only Saturdays.

My statement is the 'safe' fitments. It will also vary from tire to tire as many of you know, there can be large differences in the same size. example...nitto 555 vs goodyear gs-d3.

From the hundreds of f-body fitments ive done...I would recommend a 295-35-18 max. You can try bigger...and in some cases it will work for you. However Id personally do the 295

I'll be attempting a 305/35/18 next week, but I'm prepared to roll the fenders and use the BFH mod if I have to.
