I thought it was bigger but I could be wrong.

Last time I did a plug swap I was in a hurry and forgot to gap my TR6's, so they're at the .037 gap right now on my N/A setup. Lately my converter has been randomly unlocking which could be attributed to misfires I'm guessing. So I'm wondering if the smaller gap could be leading to misfires. I have about 8,000 miles on them.

I doubt that your gap is causing misfires. It is too small though. The only time I would set a gap that small is under boosted conditions, or N2O.
