Default Does this Weld Look OK?

So i jumped in the engine bay this weekend to install my new clutch hydrolics, and I can't help but notice this shitty looking weld on my K member (see pics). After seeing this, I inpected the car inside and out for any signs of chop shop collision damage. Everything else appears to be fine on the car as far as collision damage goes.

I don't have another K member to compare this weld to, so I'm hoping some of you can tell me how this compares to your K members.

I wouldn't be surprised if that was a GM weld. Nothing about the crappyness of the their quality surprises me anymore.
