Which Heads Are Better Stock 5.3 Or Stock 853 Castings?

LS1's flow
227/179 stock @ .600 (2.00 intake valve / 1.55 exhaust)
5.3's flow
226/173 stock @ .600 (1.89 intake valve / 1.55 exhaust)
This tells me the the 5.3 head has more velocity on the intake side since it has a smaller valve and flows almost exactly the same as the LS1 head. The exhaust is similar obviously but a little less. Also keep in mind the 5.3 head will increase your compression which will help too. I personally will be using 5.3 heads to p&p if I dont go with AFR's

Bigger valve ( singular ) on the LS1's intake, exhaust is same ( what Tweakd said ). Wouldn't use the truck 862 heads with forced induction else the compression bump is good for N2O.
