Nice #'s. You going with a bigger cam now to take advantage of the increased flow? What'd those cost too btw? $3k+?

what was the before numbers? I'd like to see how much gain there was on them. Also, how much did you decide to mill them?

What all did TEA do to the heads? What did the combustion chambers end up at?

Keith,
You can't really compare flow numbers but if you have the same bench it somewhat levels the playing field. The main question is what does your cylinder head flow vs port size? A 180cc port that flows 300cfm will make more power than a 250cc port that flows 300cfm.

Great numbers! Can you post up the exhaust numbers that TEA quoted. I just got mine from TEA on Friday with the standard exhaust port. My intake flow numbers are very similar to yours.

225CC runner 2.055/1.57 valves

.100 71 60
.200 142 127
.300 208 189
.400 260 236
.500 296 257
.550 306 261
.600 315 266

Good luck with your setup

The intake port TEA uses on there 2.5 is around 228 cc's. Some people don't realize that they use the same port for there LS-6, 6.0, and AFR heads. The Stage 3's flow the best. The reason these AFR's have lower numbers than the 6.0 /3's is because they are the same ports as the 3's, shrunk .030" for the 2.05 valve. These are refered to as the 2.5's, which are intended for 3.900 bores. The 3's are for 4.00"+ bores. I got my AFR 2.5's about a week and a half ago. I've been spending alot of my time port matching my LSX, but I think I've about got it.

My TEA 1.5s flowed 306@.600 on the intake and 267@.600 on the exhaust. Killer heads for $1400.

My AFR 205's out of the box flowed 306CFM @ .600 (28in water) on a superflow bench locally. These heads make soo much torque!
