Default Driven a 03 COBRA!

I test drove my uncle's 2003 COBRA and I gotta say that car is a F*ckin monster. Stock! I couldn't believe the torque on that SVT. That S/C sounds so sweet...then I went home driving my 99SS home and I couldn't feel anymore torque. It made my car feel hella slow. Would you guys ever trade your LS1's for a 03 COBRA?????????????????????????????????????

Have to say the 03/04 cobra's are monsters, but....

I can never get past that Blue Oval on the nose. Just because it's a fast car isn't enough for me personally.

But the again i'm a little biased having owned 12 Chev's since I was 15 and working for a Chevrolet Dealership.

Any other opinions?????????

Traded Mustangs for F-bods, so the answer would be a big negative.

I probably wouldn't trade my Z for a Cobra but I would keep my Z and buy one if I was buying a new performance car. With the GTO having 400 hp next year I would take that into consideration to. I drove a 04 Cobra and was very impressed. One guy I know has a 04 Cobra and has yet to get in the 13's if he has now it is probably a high 13. He went to the track many times and was consistanly hitting low 14's. He is a huge guy so that is hurting his times a good bit. I bet with the new body style coming out you could get a good deal on a 04. Only thing is my wife said no Fords in our driveway. If I wanted one bad enough I would get one.
