GAME OVER

Sometimes when i start up my car, for a couple of minutes, it makes this high pitched "wooooooooooo" sound. I have a feeling its comin from the exhaust considering it has the same gargling rhythem as the exhaust(if that makes sense). After a minute or so of driving it stops making the noise...Anyone have any idea what the hell is going on??

yea, its kinda like a humming machine starting up type of noise, i think its part of the egr system or something, mine did it when it had egr

haha, yea, that is you AIR pump, emissions crap, after you get some headers you can dispose of all that crap. its in the lower front drivers front fender and has the 1" hose coming up over the fender well to the back of the engine.
