which spring? Its about time for a valve spring swap on the ol' TA and am debating which route to go...I currently have a TSP 224R cam with a set of 918's. Should I go back in with a set of 918's or upgrade to a set of dual springs? I found a nice deal locally on a set of REV 1116 dual springs/tit. retainers but I had heard before that dual springs on a small cam like mine would actually rob power...is this true? Also what are your opinions on the REV dual springs mentioned? Thanks in advance for your help!

If I was going to upgrade from the 918s I would go with the PRC kit. I have had them in my hands and the fitment of the components are nicer than anything else compairable.

The single vs dual spring deal is really up to you though I am not a fan of beehive springs in general so I'd go with the duals.
As far as the REVs are concerned, I've had a set on my car for almost two years now and, yeah, they're getting tired and I'm replacing them this week in fact, but they've done a great job in my car.
FWIW, I'm putting a set of PRCs in this time.

A 918 spring would be perfect for that cam. You will probably drop a little RPM by going with a dual over the light weight of the 918. Plus the harmonics are far superior to a dual.

Comp 918's with matching Comp titanium retainers is the best way to go.IMO
