Going to do a good copmarison of Grott/QTP 1 3/4 headers vs. Grott/QTP 1 7/8 headers.
I just recently dynoed my car with my 3 year old 1 3/4 headers Grottyohann headers n/a (see #s below), and just ordered a set of 1 7/8 QTP headers which will be on later next week.
Although I'm dynoing on a different day, the weather will be identical, and the only change will be the larger primaried headers so hopefully the conditions will be consistent. I really don't know what to expect (maybe a small loss down low and a small gain up top n/a, but more power all over on bottle?). I'm thinking my bottle will like the larger primaries more than all motor will. Anyone care to guess what the results will be both under the curve and peak?

I am going to assume like you. Loss of low/mid power and a small increase up top N/A. The bottle should see good gains. Now, on to my major question: Why open up the exaust even more? I know everyone has there resons, but like I said before, there is already to much exaust duration in your camshaft, plus the nitrous exaust port, then big headers, and the dumped duals. I think you will loose major TQ. I hate to say it, but with what you are going to be running, you would need a reverse split cam to make good or at least a single plane. JMO....
