Im going to install a TSP 231/237 .598 .595 on my '01 WS6, stock heads, 33k miles. What valve springs do i need? Do i need a double roller timing cain or will the stock one survive?

I'm using the Patriot Gold Double springs with the stock timing chain. I think the PRC Gold springs are the same thing as the Patriots, just depends on what type of cylinder heads the vender decides to carry that week and names the springs accordingly.

Alot of people run the Patriot Duals.. supposedly one of the best springs on the market..

As for the double roller, you don't really need it, but you might as well do it right the first time. It can be had for less than $100..

I recommend the PRC kit. This will give you many happy miles with the 231/237.

I installed mine with the precision racing kit. They are dual springs and are supposed to be good up to 660 lift. No complaints so far.

I ran Comp 918's with that cam for about 9k miles no problem. The PRC or the Patriot Duals are the way to go.
