PCM Diagnostics & Tuning - Computer Requirements?

I have been allowed to buy HP Tuners (thanks, dear... :lol:)

I need to get a pos laptop to run it with, though (has to be cheap, because the cost isn't included in the 'HP Tuners' allowance)

what kind of system requirements do I need? I'm looking around pentium 133 or 166 or so. I know I need a Serial port.

What kind of computers are ya'll running?

I was using a P150 toughbook, worked decent, scanner sucked, but that was due to 32 or 64mb ram.

I would try to find a P200 at least, faster the better.
