Default Big cube guys, what rockers?

I need to make a final decision on what adjustable rockers to buy. I know the Cranes are sweet, but no shaft mount. As far as I know, that leaves Jesel ($1200!) and Patroit. Did a search and couldn't find much on the Patroit's. They "look" good, but that's all I know. I will run Morel lifters fwiw. Suggestions? Thanks

Hey Bear! I accidentally deleted the pm you sent me awhile back. The YT's are not adjustable, correct? How are the stockers working out on your motor? Yep, I'm a year behind thanks to the thief but it's almost done. My heads will supposedly be shipped tomorrow and I just need rockers lifters and other small stuff and get the bottom end balanced. I have times where I get demotivated over the whole ordeal and don't get anything for a few weeks, then I'll get pumped up again and buy stuff lol. Soon!

I see lots of sponsers using the stockers. Lifter pre-load shouldn't be a problem with the Morel's, so adjustable's shouldn't be of major concern.

I started off with the yella terras at JP's recommendation. They arent adjustable (or at least not easily) so JD got me to get the comp adjustable 1.75s. Anyhow, now Im switching out the the crane's.

You could always try T&Ds.

So the general consensus is that I don't really "need" an adjustable?

Unless you are going to be running open pressures over 500#, you won't see any benefits from shaft mounts and they don't fit under the stock valve covers. I love my Cranes. They're adjustable, quiet, and the accelerated opening rate really adds power where many other people aren't finding it with other brands of rockers!
