Default random on/off miss?

once the car is about 100 degrees or so (about a minute with it on), it will miss and buck and such. it does it sometimes and other times it is fine. when it does it, i can push in the clutch while it still rolling, shut it off, turn the key back on, and normally pop the clutch to start it back up. it then runs fine for another few minites then does it again. 40k miles on the car

LT headers, ORYP, cutout (normally capped), lid, and rear sensors tuned out

any help?

Do you have any scanning/data logging software?

I don't know if I could say a set time, but a way to tell is if one of them gets "lazy" or isn't switching as well. The only way to tell this is with a datalogging program though.
