Default oil pressure sensor thread pitch/size?

Just a quick question- does anyone know the size/thread pitch of an LS1 oil pressure sensor? The one in the rear of the block, just below the nipple on the intake.

I'm doing a hybrid swap and I want to plug the hole instead of buying the sensor to plug the hole.

Thanks
Ben

I think it's M16x1.5 (but it might be x1.0) memory is a bit unclear.

It is approximately M14 size (should fit) but it isn't 2.0 thread pitch as the GM progression would dictate. Because of this I'm not certain if it is even a metric thread.

Anyone else?

thanks
Ben
