What heads are these runs on? Stock? (and, if so, stock what? Stock Z06 or 98-00 or 01-02?)

if there the same head castings, then it goes to show you the tq gains from a TD setup over a catback. the TD's hit 350rwhp 500 rpm faster then the catback combo.

I've been thinking about getting this cam...just been waiting on dyno's. Is the car a m6 or a4? Was this on stock heads? The first graph the TQ isn't that great...the 2nd graph is more like it....that is why its named the torquer cam right?...Because its supposed to make good tq numbers?

jrp, I can't believe the difference between the TDs and the cat-back. The whole curve shifted. I was thinking of going TDs, now I am sold. What were the headers on the TD car?

Guys both cars are stock head f-bodies. I never really paid much attention to the torque differences in the two setups. Mainly I just wanted to give you guys a couple graphs from recent installs. The cars were running pacesetter headers.

We have the Torquer & 231.237 camshaft specials coming up this week

What are the full specs on the Torquer 233 Cam, and what type of RPM would the shift points be set at for a M6?

great numbers.
some off the higher #'s from the true dual setup can also be attributed to the better 01 heads (241 castings). JMHO.

Also didn't state weather or not both were 6spd's or auto's. But it looks like a good cam for dailly drivers etc.

man that looks pretty good. Seems like it would be a nice cam for a daily driver, probably run 342s on a m6 pretty decent by the looks of it. May just have to order some pacesetters/TDs instead of holding out for the kooks/qtp.... then get the cam...

for those wondering... (from TSP's site) its 233/233 .589/.589 112 LSA

2MCHPWR is correct about the better numbers out of the 01 241 castings over the first graph. The added scavenging of the X pipe also helped the numbers out too but not as much as the combo of better heads and the X pipe. I would like to see the car in the 1st graph have the 241 heads also. A real "Under the Curve" comparison of Y vs X could be made. Those are good numbers and the Torquer curve is very nice.

were not talking about massive amounts of cfm though. and i'd wager any added cfm on the 241 heads would be nil to ~5 cfm through the ls6 intake.

the 99' car also has a pulley which is worth ~10rwhp.
