battery problem
I live in chicago. the temp is right above freezing but no snow. i filled my trans am a4 with gas a few days ago and drove it home and havent used it in 4 days. i tried to start it today and it wouldnt start. i then jumped it and when it started the idle wascrazy and was up around 3000 and jumping up and down. i then gave it soem gas and it went even higher in the rmp range and take a few secs to coem down. i know my battery died and its an old battery but does any1 else have any ideas of what to do?

The battery dying, lost the idle learn settings. Plus
having to adapt to a cold snap is no help. Just get a
good battery in there, it will learn again. You shouldn't
"help" it with the gas pedal, just let it learn or die and
start it again.
