Default What are these devices/sensors?

Ok, a little new to the LS1. What is the diaphragm looking part in the fuel rail crossover for and what does it connect to. Also, what is the cylindrical sensor/device that attaches to the manifold on the drivers side just below the fuel rail and connects to the tb with hard tubing?

I've searched and since I don't know their names its a little frustrating - also a book I have about LS1 engines doesn't identify these parts. Thanks. -Bob

Pulse damper is the pod between the rails.

I believe the other is your EVAP solenoid valve for
cannister vacuum.
