Unfortunately no one makes a direct fit here. You'll probably have to get a hold of someone with some F-body ones and just try them. Good luck!

As huge as the engine bay is in those trucks , you shouldn't really have a problem finding something to fit . Brealk out the tape measure and then go to www.hotrodlane.cc , They're pretty knowledgable about these swaps. I wish we had some sponsors that specialized in this area (conversions) but unfortunately we don't.

agreed, my understanding is your 64 frame is about 90% the same as my 67-72 frame save small differences. If that is the case, the s&p guys recommended to me (and a few others I've spoken with) the type III coated G-body headers with rear dump. Unfortunatley they're $520 according to my catalog here, but thats a small price to pay compared to custom made headers hehe.
I wish I could say for certain that they fit in my application, I've seen it done, but haven't done it myself yet, will be soon however.
