Papa Noyes, aint digin on the C6! he's seen a red,orange, yellow, Hated them all, then saw a black and thought it was nice, but not as nice as his Z06, and then just called from florida and said he saw the blue, and still he likes his z06 better. he said if the replacement Z06 isnt nasty looking he aint getting one, he's going to stick with the 03 Z and put a small shot in the car incase a C6 hits him up! This means i wont be buying his Z06 and he still has my Bogarts! wich means i'll have to buy another F-body and put the stock Gay Z06 wheels on it. Not so happy about this, i was looking forward to buying that vett.
I hope GM dont let me down, and they do somthing to the new "Z06" so i buy his!!!! :cry:

oh it is, if he dont buy a C6, that means he wont sell the Z06 and i was all set to buy it! i am sad. fall back plan however is a 2nd f-body of some kind, and i'll build it using all my parts i have laying around, and i already have a motor just about redy to build. hehehe. but id rather the vett, for a street machine

The C5 Z06 is IMO one of the nicest Corvettes ever built.I do like of C6 Z06 MUCH BETTER than the C6 Coupe but again why didnt they make it a FR?The FRC body style is absolutley badass.I love the C5 Vert for that reason,it has the lines of a FR w/the top up.

and if i can scoop my old mans for much less and its in perfect shape, why not. if he dont get one, then im going to get another f-body, kind of a fixer upper, put a mild H/C combo in it, and street drive/race/cruzzzz.

C6 Z06 shouldve been a Fixed Roof.It likely (no true confirmation yet) will be a fixed roof just not the 'notchback' style of the last Z06. It's expected to be the more aerodynamic fastback profile of the base C6 just with a non removable roof.

I think the basic picture is real but I know someone changed the color from the original light blue/gray to black and lowered it with photoshop. The original picture has been taken off most of the sites because GM claims to be very upset about the leak. I'll bet they leaked it intentionally just to generate some "buzz" on the boards.
