Default Are Subframes safe lifting points for hydraulic lift?

Hi,
If Im having my car put on a lift is it safe to have the car lifted up by the front subframe points and the rear point on the subframes where they connect to the lcas?

Thanks!

If I need to lift up one whole side of the car, I will put the jack right in the middle, or a little forward of middle of the SFC. No bending at all.

NO!!! If they are welded on the welds might break... (kind of stupid, but i've seen it happen...). If you want to lift just one side, lift, place a jackstand then lift the other side and put in a jackstand and you'll have it up without liftind on your SFC's.

I don't think he's talking about SFC's I think he's talking about the Sub-frames themselves... I typically used the frame rails when putting my car on a lift... just make sure you don't block the lower control arms from movement in the back
