Default Threw code P0161

Do i just need to replace the o2's? If so, which ones?

If my 02's are bad, will it hurt the car to run on them?

Bank 2, sensor 2 is the passenger side, rear sensor. Look at the sensor wires first. Should be OK to drive since it's a post cat sensor.

The PCM is just telling you it it's still seeing the same problem after X amount of cycles. You can also try clearing the code/resetting the PCM and see if it returns, but it probably will since it's showing the code twice.
