Default How do the 2001 ls-6 valves hold up under..

I am modding a 2001 ls6 engine. Cam with about .580 lift. I think i will use comp blue 918 springs.

Are these valves any good? It would be nice if i did not have to pull the heads but it is not a big deal.

I figure I will never spin the motor over 6400. I should have 440 hp of there about.

01 LS6 Valves are the same as standard LS1 valves. I have a set of new take-outs if you want them. Shoot me an email.

Hi Folks
the LS6 valves for 2002 are lighter sodium filled and the springs are only good for .570 lift per GM.
