You can now reserve your hotels through the online agency:
http://www.hotel-registration.com/

However, it appears that the hotel costs this year have gone up. I looked into the locations of each event and found cheaper hotels within 10 miles of each event. Here is a list of some of the hotels that I found that might help out to keep your expenses lower. In order to find the phone number to each hotel, use www.orbitz.com and type in the address, or you can use yp.yahoo.com. The rates could be even less if you contact the hotel directly.

Zangel, thanks for the info! I'm going to book this week.
How fast will they usually fill up?
Thanks again!

These shouldn't fill up as fast because they aren't on the official Pour Tour reservation list. Alot of people who do the tour book hotels through the travel agent, but their prices are high, they make you pay up front and they won't let you cancel!

So what hotels are people gonna stay at. Going the cheaper route here and will probably use the above hotels. Would like to stay with a big group throughout and have a party every night!

ANY questions... feel free to PM me or email me for answers on good/cheap hotels and how much space is around. Like i put up in a previous post, there are some that are a bit more on the outskirts of milwaukee, but are sure not to fill up as fast(and in a NICER area of town)

I definatly would like recomendations for the "Nicer" side of town. I don't want to have to go to sleep at night worrying that I won't have a car in the morning when I wake up. :D

Good point. Don't need those worries. But, if a bunch of us stay at the same hotels, then hopefully we can work with the hotels to provide some parking lot security. I was pricing out the hotels offered by the tour and I think it came to about $750.00 for the entire tour.

Security shouldn't be a worry. Most hotels have security on duty.

anything a little further west in BROOKFIELD off of Bluemound Rd. Or Moorland Rd. will have easy access to I94 to get to Miller Park. There are also PLENTY of restaraunts as well as Brookfield Square(mall) right near by. Brookfield/Waukesha is a nicer area compared to downtown by the park itself. Also a short ride is New Berlin and a good area. Bluemound Rd. pretty much runs parallel to I94 so there are multiple access points to the freeway. There is one point where it crosses each other, but still runs parallel after that

Actually the Howard Johnson is right up the road from my dealership, Braeger Chevrolet, which is just north of Layton on 27th street. When the time gets closer, i might put up my cell phone in case you guys need any last minute parts from the dealership.

The ones on North Ave. are RIGHT by another Chevy dealership my buddy works at(Hall Chevrolet). There is a HUGE mall right near by and that whole strip (Mayfair Rd) is filled with restaraunts as is the mall. Further south on that same mayfair road(also known as 108th street as well as Hwy100) is our cruise strip. But be careful, cops are EVERYWHERE on the weekends, although might be a bit lax on this night. South of I94 is where all the action is really at. There is an ice cream shop named "Oscar's" that is where the majority of people hang out. just south of Hwy100 & Lincoln Ave.
