Bare engine and PCM (identifying numbers) I知 looking to buy a LS1 that was pulled out of a wrecked vehicle. I知 wandering if there is any thing on the motor or ECM that could possibly trace it back to the original vehicle and its VIN # so through car fax I can figure out what the mileage on it was? The person selling it does not have a vin, and I hate going on peoples word.
