Default Spring Pressures vs Lifters, head milling vs. Pushrod length??

Ok, a few questions I couldnt get definite answer using search on:

1) Whats the recommended safe operating range of seat/open pressure for stock lifters?
*I have PP Gold Duals, now with stock lifters, I believe its 140/400 good to .650" and I have TSP 231/237 .595/.598 @ 112* lsa cam*

2) How to determine pushrod length after milling heads?
*heads milled .010". Stock head gasket was .054", new head gasket is .065" cometic. So that should be good. Stock rockers, stock lifters. Still would like to know how to determine legth requirement, like milled heads .030" using .041 gaskets, go with the 7.350 instead of 7.400"*

TIA.

Morels Lifters look nice BTW, maybe around the corner!

don't know the operating range for the stock lifters, but was told by terry when he was at patriot that the stock lifters would work fine with the patriot golds with my tr220.i would call them up to make sure.i would get an adjustable pushrod length checker to determine the right pushrod length.i bought mine from thunder racing.

You want the lifter plunger to compress between 0.045-0.090.
