Default Cam install parts

I am a big fan of installing parts myself. Started with the headers and true duals and the little things. Well, i was wondering the best places to buy a spring compresser and the pully pulliers for the cam install(or any other parts needed)? All help is appreciated.

For the pulley puller you can get away with a $20 one from the local parts store, though you may destroy it in the process like I did mine. You can go the cheap route with the spring compressor and use a cheap lever type tool with the handle cut off and a water pump bolt. The Comp tool is much better, safer, and easier, though. Runs about $120 at Summit or Jegs. You might try asking some local guy's if you can borrow one for free, or maybe a couple of beers...

If you have an Autozone near you, they will loan you the puller you need free of charge, you just have to leave a deposit. They have the 3 jaw as well as the one that works well on the ASP u/d pulleys.
