Whats the theory on this?
I've heard it both ways...
tighten if not hooking and loosen if not hooking...

The problem with the qa1 is that the adjustment changes compression and extension at the same time. Normally I like the shocks at 5-6 on both sides. When your car leaves the rear end is slammed down out of the car. You want the shock to pull the body down with the rearend.This is controlled by the extension. BUT you dont want to kill the tire either.(compression) If the track is going away I will add a click and try to hit the tire harder.
