A1 stall converters, anyone got info on them?

Default A1 stall converters, anyone got info on them?

i have been trying to search for any info on them. i have been told they are a bad *** convertor for a TH400 tranny. "A1" is too short of a term to search on this board. i am not getting anywhere. anyone help me out?

I own three A1 converters. You wont find much on this board about them because they mainly sell race car tramsmissions and converters. Contact them at:

thanks steve. i already bought one, lol. but i wanted to know more about it. my tuner/builder Alan Futral told me they are kick ***. i just took his advice.

I have heard that A1 is right up there with Neil Chance in terms of full race converters....probably the best two made right now.
