Had the car dyno tuned but still surges.. When im driving stop and go it will surge alot and die, is this normal even after being tuned? It doesnt do it all the time just if its been idleing then I start going and slow down again or when im backing up. Any ideas?

when im backing up, mine will almost die...rpms drop to like 300 or so. but its always done it since ive had the car. now that the cam is in, its a little more exaggerated though.
