Question Looking for headers

I have put a 5.3 into a 1994 4x4 fullsize truck and I am looking at header options. Can any one help? I am leaning more to the thorley 310y with ceramic coating, I also know I would want a long tube setup. Any suggestions or reading material would be great thank you Daniel

Does anybody know if a tri-y design actually helps you out at the low rmp range like below 3000 or if the standard 4 pipe system works better? thank you Daniel
