Question Priming the TC?

How important is it to Prime the Torque Converter?
Won't it automatically get primed after the engine gets started up?

Yes, it will get primed up when you start the engine. But it is better and safer to just add 1/2 a quart of trans fluid to help lubricate during the initial start. It can be crucial to the converter's reliability.
