Default neone with a f9 n2o cam from futral???

my tuner says he can make it work with my 3000 stall and 373 gear.. says it might cut off from time to time on me when the a/c is on... well ive pulled the a/c off the car.. i spray 150 shot and this is a nitrous cam, but ive heard of ppl going from the f9-f13112lsa and losing power! however he did tell me id be better off with a f13 or a custom ground 228/232 113lsa from alan.. tuner is c.a.m. motorsports outta NC.. hes very good and widely known... i want power first and foremost so what should i do?? i also heard that f9 will sound wicked!!! 232/236 114lsa is the f9

damn I never even noticed that the f9 was that big. I always thought that the f9 was bigger that the f8 and the f8 was bigger than a f7 and so on. I guess I never took the time to even look that low since I wanted a big cam. What cam do you have now?

stock cam! im going big or not at all lol the f9 is bigger then the f14.. 232/234 is f14 and 232/236 is f9 but the f9 has a 2800 starting powerband and is only cut on 114lsa according to the site! i know it will proly make a tempered street car but i really dont care, as long as i get power and it drives.

Josh(Damian) used to run this cam. hit him up and see what he has to say about it. do a search in the For Sale section as well, there was a three page thread about the cam, with a bunch of info about it when he was tryin to sell it. hope this helps!

I use to have this cam in my 346ci. On the spray it put down over 700rwhp Unfortunately I never got a chance to test that on the street because my 918's gave way the next day on the motor while racing a bike NA.

hmm i think it would be straight nasty if i had a 3600 stall, but i only have a 3000 right now.. wonder if it would run still long enuff to give me time to save for the stall after cam install..
