Default pushrod question for hot cam swap

i am doing a cam swap witha hot cam and comp 918 springs.My question is can i run the stock pushrods with this set up.I'm going to retain stock rev limiter so would this be ok

i would go with the hardened pushrods,even with the stock rev limit.

i plan on getting the hardened push rods as soon as i get the money! but for now i have the stockers

I would drop the $110 for hardened pushrods. I bent 3 rods on a stock motor. with a rev limiter of 6300. It'll give ya peace of mind. Not having to worry about the stock pushrods.

Yeah, its worth the money. The stockers will flex at the higher rpm which won't give you true vavletrain geometry.
