i am looking to buy a new set of these wheels and i was just curious what the offsets are for the fronts and back for the 11s. thanks

Firebird 38mm front 36.5mm rear (for 17x9.5 and 17x11)
Camaro 50mm and 54mm I think.

The reason being: Birds and T/A's have wider fenders with more bulges. Need more of an offset to fill the wheel wells. I've got the 38/36.5 offsets on mine.

i did search for zr-1 offset and a whole bunch of none related crap came up. ive posted there long time ago and got no response. but ill try again.

50 mm or 56 mm 17" x 9.5" front and 50 mm 17" x 11" rear for Camaro.

38 mm offset 17" x 9.5" will fit up front on a Camaro.

The 36.5 mm offset 17" x 11" does not fit a Camaro, but will a Firdbird.

Simply reitterating what was said above.

Not true. The 36.5mm offset will fit Camaro's, I've seen it myself here at school. Just requires the BFH mod and some fender rolling like any other 17x11 fitment. Looks really Mexican, though. Sticks out like almost a full inch past the fender. Sticks out way too far, but it'll fit.

Also, FWIW, that Camaro I'm referring to ^^ was slammed on Eibach sportlines.
