Default New best and a 1.356 & 1.39 60 " with the 6spd

Bradenton was hooking hard this weekend for sure !!! The weather was really nice and cold in Fla. this weekend for a change. The first run with the car I went a 11.2 @ 122.63 shifting @ 6800 coming out @ 5800 then I tired shifting her @ 6600 and coming out @ 6300 and ran a 11.129 @123.49 on a 1.507 60" then I had a a new best of a 11.077 @ 123.96 with a 1.48 60 coming out @ about 6700 and I didnt think it could get better becasue a 1.48 60 would be hard to duplicate in a M6 but the weather was dropping quick I let about a hour go by and Richie Carbone told me to heat the slicks and up count to eight and to put about 10 psi in the drivers air bag and about 22 in the pass side . I brought the RPMs up to about 7k And HOLY CRAP it was on slam into 2nd then go to third and it wont go in gear Then car wouldnt go into any gear at all I turned the car of put in first pulled up to the ticket booth grabbed my ticket and I couldnt believe I hit a 1.356 60" I was like HOLY **** there goes my 10 second N/A motor pass the pedal was really low to the floor @ this time so I tired to adjust to master a little and it felt almost ok. Now determend to get my 10 I try to make anthor pass came out @ about 7k again but she wouldnt go into 2nd which sucks beacause I pulled a 1.39 60 but all in all even no 10 second pass I had 1.356 60 which made my night and got to meet alot of different peps from LS1tech and some other clubs as well

I am going to be weighing the car today I am thinking race weight was about 3250 but im not sure. It has 28 10.5 ET Drags All of the BMR stuff except upper A-Arms and the shocks are Hals in front and the El Chepo 3 way Adjustable Lakewoods in the rear set @ 50/50 10 lbs of air on the driverside bag and about 22 on the pass side...

Damn Vince I didnt see you out there on Sat. night did you go ? I stop for a little on Sunday to watch the Vipers as well

Tanner & John , thanks it has been a haul to get the car where it is but I guess if I went to the track more then about 5 times a year I would hit my 10 lol

Eric, thanks Ya no doubt about the clutch issue it blew I am going to put a pro shifted tranny in it as well after the Holidays that should give me a little more I think once it hits 10's on motor I am going to pull the 4.56's put some 4.10's or 4.30's in it and shoot for some 9's on the bottle

John, I weighed the car today finally and she was @ 3195 with me in it I am about 185 lbs so the car is 3010 w/o me in it ...

Awesome 60' time! I've been hard pressed to get into the high 1.6's, let alone 1.3's.
